The Warrington Township Board of Supervisors has adopted the Homestead Real Estate Tax Rebate Program.
Applications can be found on the township’s website at warringtontownship.org. Applications can also be obtained at the Township Administration Department, 852 Easton Road, Warrington 18976 or at the office of the tax collector, 3400 Pickertown Road, Chalfont.
“The board of supervisors has adopted the Homestead Real Estate Tax Rebate Program in order to give some financial relief to eligible property owners in Warrington,” said Fred Gaines, supervisor chairman.
Any resident who already receives the Central Bucks School District Homestead Exemption will automatically receive Warrington’s exemption and does not need to complete the Homestead Exemption application.
Applications must be returned to Warrington Township by Oct. 31.
