Vidoni makes Power Women List

Perkasie-based Penn Community Bank is proud to recognize President & CEO Jeane M. Vidoni for being named to Metro Philadelphia’s Power Women list for 2024.

“This year the Metro Philadelphia Power Women list honors the entrepreneurs, public servants, educators, artists, and leaders working to make Philadelphia a more equitable and innovative city,” says the outlet.

Vidoni leads a team of more than 300 employees at the largest mutual financial institution headquartered in eastern Pennsylvania. Her primary mission is to ensure that Bucks and Montgomery counties and the surrounding areas have the option to do business with a locally based, independently run bank for decades to come.

Over the course of more than 35 years in banking, she served in various executive roles at financial institutions of all sizes throughout the Philadelphia region.

She is also on the board of directors of the Bucks County Herald Foundation, the nonprofit organization that owns the Bucks County Herald newspaper.

Vidoni serves as chair of the Federal Reserve of Philadelphia’s Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council (CDIAC) and as a Pennsylvania Member Director on the board of directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) of Pittsburgh.

She is a past president of the board of directors of the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce, member of the advisory council of Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County, and on the board of directors of the United Way of Bucks County. A graduate of Muhlenberg College, Vidoni holds an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University. She lives in Doylestown.
