Two accounting firms that have been serving the Bucks, Montgomery, Lehigh, and surrounding counties individually for 20 years, are coming together to establish a united firm that enhances its focus on client service and adds strength and depth to its existing service team.
Dunlap & Associates, P.C., in Chalfont, and Seitz, Leatherman & Kolb (SLK), LLC, in Montgomeryville, will join forces effective Jan. 2, under the name DunlapSLK. The new, unified firm will provide clients with access to increased levels of service and expertise.
According to Dennis Dunlap, Dunlap & Associates’ shareholder and managing director, “We enter this merger as two long-standing, strong and well-established firms. As we come together, we are combining our talents and expertise to benefit our clients, while providing even more development and growth opportunities for our combined team of nine shareholders and 47 staff members.”
“Dunlap and SLK have similar cultures, values and priorities, so this merger is a perfect fit,” said Lon Seitz, managing partner of SLK. “It allows us to expand, enhance, and diversify our capabilities, while continuing to provide clients with exceptional service on all levels.”
DunlapSLK will be located at 1300 Horizon Drive in Chalfont, which is currently being renovated to accommodate the growth. The renovations are expected to be complete sometime in early 2019.
