Tohickon Settlement Services part of Acrisure Real Estate Services

Brendan Nolan, CEO of Tohickon Settlement Services, announced that it is now part of Acrisure Real Estate Services division through the top-10 global insurance broker’s own acquisition of Tempo Title.
“These steps secure Tohickon’s future for years to come,” said Nolan, who will continue to helm the 45-year-old firm with his established team of professional closers and title agents from the company’s offices in New Hope.
“Nothing about our processes or services will change, nor will the exceptional services we provide our clients. Essentially, improved financial backing means we can make ambitious plans for the future with greater confidence.”
This summer Nolan sold Tohickon Settlement Services and its management company, ClosingPro, to Tempo Title, one of the largest private title insurance and settlement services providers in the country.

Subsequently, Acrisure, the nation’s fastest growing insurance brokerage firm, acquired Tempo Title to anchor its newly established Acrisure Real Estate Services insurance division and is currently transitioning to rebrand Tempo as Acrisure.
