The Herald is a nonpartisan publication that aims to print only factual accounts. Letters are readers’ opinions.

As is the case with many progressive positions much care is taken to obscure the real initiative behind them.
The May 5 edition of the Herald has a front page photo of some petitioners outside the old Courthouse decrying the possible overturning of Roe v. Wade.
What is interesting is the blurb beneath the photo which states the group was there “to call for reproductive rights.”

Given the outcome of a successful abortion perhaps the better term would be “nonreproductive” rights.
