The Birches at Newtown invites the public to the senior community for a special event called “Gifts from the Heart,” featuring an art stroll and food drive kick-off celebration from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4.
Join The Birches, at 70 Durham Road, Newtown, for an evening filled with artworks created by resident artists, and wine and cheese.
The entry fee is a nonperishable food item, which helps kick off a month-long food drive to benefit Philabundance, a nonprofit food bank that serves the Philadelphia and Delaware Valley region of Pennsylvania.
