St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, 10 Chapel Road, New Hope, will host Cabaret for a Cause at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 10.
Join local theater artists Rachel Benoit, Kasey Ivan, Elio Edward Leo, Jenna Parilla and Mike Gilch for an afternoon of music theater at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church.
The performance will feature show tunes throughout the decades, including music by Cole Porter, Stephen Sondheim, Sara Bareilles and many more.
This is free event with free-will donations being accepted. Proceeds will be donated to St. Philip’s and to Fisherman’s Mark in Lambertville, N.J.
St. Philip’s Episcopal Church is an inclusive Christian community that is active in helping those in need in the New Hope area. Service activities include Community Peacemeal, food pantry, Amnesty International, Code Blue, various clothing and food drives, and much more.
Fisherman’s Mark’s comprehensive programs respond to the needs of vulnerable populations in the area; seniors, individuals living with disabilities, the local immigrant population, low-income families, the unemployed and underemployed.
The organization assists with any crisis that presents; homelessness, domestic violence, job loss, insurance issues, financial crisis or medical, substance abuse and mental health issues.
