St. Luke’s Community Health Needs findings presentation set

St. Luke’s Department of Community Health and Preventive Medicine will host a presentation on its 2019-2022 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) findings and recommendations for St. Luke’s Quakertown Campus 2:30 to 4 p.m. Nov. 13 at Quakertown Community High School.

St. Luke’s University Health Network recently completed its 2019-2022 its CHNA, which identified three health priorities: improving access to care and reducing health disparities; promoting healthy lifestyles and preventing chronic disease; and improving mental/behavioral health.

The 2019 St. Luke’s Network and Campus Assessments were posted on May 15 and can be found at slhn.org/community-health/community-health-needs-assessment.
