St. John’s Lutheran Church of Spinnerstown will host a Strawberry Festival and Craft Fair in Milford Township from noon to 5 p.m. June 18.
It will be held in the grove across the road from the church, 1565 Sleepy Hollow Road, Spinnerstown (Milford Township; for GPS, Quakertown, 18951). In case of rain, all activities will be held in the church.
From 1 to 4 p.m., “Vinyl Persuasion,” will perform acoustic versions of songs from the ‘60s and ‘70s from the bandstand in the grove. They encourage requests. For information about “Vinyl Persuasion,” visit its Facebook page.
Those attending are invited to bring lawn chairs or picnic blankets. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the grounds.
Crafters will bring greeting cards, stained glass, purses, seashell creations, quilts, carved red cedar, knitted and crocheted pieces, textured photographs on canvas, embroidered items and more.
Hot dogs and barbecue sandwiches, chips and beverages will be available for purchase, as well as strawberry desserts. An assortment of baked goods also will be for sale.
