The Solebury Parks and Recreation girls travel basketball team ended its outstanding first season by becoming the runner-up in the fourth grade division of the Inter County Basketball Association League. The team executed wins over teams throughout Bucks and Montgomery counties while compiling a solid 10-4 season.
The thrilling championship game against a strong Bustleton team went down to the wire resulting in a 20-20 tie at the end of regulation play. During the overtime period, Bustleton jumped to a three-point lead against a strong Solebury defense, but the game ended with Bustleton winning 24-21.
