Send a tune on Valentine’s Day with Hunterdon Harmonizers

With the approach of Valentine’s Day, it is often difficult to come up with the perfect gift to present to a loved one, whether that loved one is a spouse, parent, client, boss, favorite health-care worker, or caring neighbor who faithfully shovels your sidewalk every time it snows.

The Hunterdon Harmonizers offer a suggestion, a unique and enjoyable one, sure to be memorable: Singing Valentines.

A barbershop quartet of Hunterdon Harmonizers, festively dressed in red tuxedos and bow ties, bearing gifts including a floral remembrance and a personalized Valentine’s Day card, will deliver two love songs in four-part harmony to the individual of your choosing.

Valentines can be scheduled for Friday, Feb. 14 or Saturday, Feb. 15, at locations throughout Hunterdon County and in surrounding areas. Past “deliveries” have been made in homes and workplaces, and at schools, restaurants, stores, banks, businesses and hospitals.

Reservations can be made by calling 806-6683 or online at The cost is $65 and up if ordered by Feb. 7, and $75 and up after Feb. 7.

The Hunterdon Harmonizers are a 501 (c)(3) organization that meets in Flemington, N.J., and performs regularly throughout Central New Jersey. They are funded, in part, by a grant from the Hunterdon County Cultural and Heritage Commission, a partner of the New Jersey State Council on the Arts.
