In a continued effort to keep the local business community informed, SCORE Bucks County will offer five free webinars, as well as the return of the Women Building Businesses event after a three-year hiatus.

On June 1, SCORE, in conjunction with Amazon, will offer “Perfect Launch Program: Sell More with Amazon” at noon.

The hour-long session will focus on the five programs that Amazon sellers used in the first 90 days of launch to attain sales growth over time.

The webinar will provide insight on the following: How to protect your intellectual property; leverage the Amazon network of fulfillment to provide a seamless customer experience; how to enhance your product listings; and how automated pricing allows you to compete against similar sellers

On June 6, SCORE will present “Surviving to Thriving – Addressing HR Issues in a Post-Pandemic World.”

Led by Christina M. Reger, the founder of the Law Offices of Christina Reger, now known as Loutel Law, the interactive program will highlight how businesses should address human resources issues as we move out of the pandemic.

Reger will discuss: The status of business operations; business tax considerations; which policies and procedures should be updated; and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

On June 13, SCORE will offer “What You Should Know about Business Liability Insurance.”

The workshop will be led by Tom Kueny, a partner at Warrington-based KMRD Partners. Kueny will offer insight on: general liability; professional liability; employment practices liability; and cyber liability.

On June 14, SCORE Bucks County’s Women Building Businesses event returns to Parx Casino after a three-year hiatus. The event, which runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., features a keynote session from NBC10 anchor Tracy Davidson, as well as sessions from six other female speakers sharing insight on various business topics, including social media, running a successful small business, and how to get your business woman-owned certified. The event includes breakfast and lunch and costs $35.

On June 20, SCORE certified mentor Alan Sipe will offer “Basic Product and Service Sales Skills.”

Sipe’s session will focus on: planning strategies for successful sales; handling questions and objections; and asking for the order.

On June 28, SCORE, will offer “Office Hours with Amazon.” From noon to 1 p.m., Dan Corcoran and Abby Malchow from Amazon’s Small Business Empowerment team will answer questions about product reviews, promotional campaigns, and features for small businesses.
