The Doylestown Rugby Academy girls team fell to Morris (N.J.), 55-27, in the inaugural Elite Girls Rugby League (EGRL) Championship match.

Although missing some key starting players, the team put up a good fight. Maggie Austin led the team with two tries. Siena Accardi, Maddie Doyle and Reaghan King each score one try. King added a conversion.

The team will be participating in a few 7s tournaments throughout the summer. For more information about Doylestown Rugby Football Club, go to doylestownrugby.com.
