As part of the Riverside Symphonia’s 32nd season, the symphony will once again return to South Hunterdon Regional High School for the beloved “Musical Celebration of the Holidays” concert.
The Riverside Symphonia’s annual holiday concert traditionally marks the start of the season’s celebrations for many in the area and this year’s presentation will bring a variety of classical and pop holiday music offerings to create an unforgettable festive experience.
“The bi-annual appearance of our Caprio winner as a special soloist is a treasured tradition that not only gives the students and young artists a chance to perform with a professional symphony, but it also ensures that a new generation of performers continue to foster the great legacy of music tradition in the Lambertville/New Hope area,” said Paul Kuhl, chair of the Riverside Symphonia Board.
Among the surprise musical selections from around the world, the Dec. 4 concert will feature the illuminating soprano Aubry Ballarò, as well as Chelsie Lim, who was the 2020 Caprio Young Artist Competition winner. Lim will be a featured soloist of the event and will surely showcase the power of her virtuosity on cello and its ability to illuminate the spirit. This is a performance designed to appeal to both music lovers and aspiring young performers alike.
