Riverside Symphonia presents Concert Under the Stars in Tinicum Park

Posted

The Riverside Symphonia’s Concert Under the Stars will take place this year on Saturday, Aug. 28, in Tinicum Park along the Delaware River.
This will mark the triumphant return of a truly unique evening with music and fireworks to punctuate a celebration of the summer. Everyone is invited to picnic and relax at this concert in this beautiful setting.
By 7 p.m., the Riverside Symphonia will come on stage and live orchestral music will fill the park. This year, the Symphonia will present a combination of pops, movie score classics, and patriotic music, followed by a fireworks finale that celebrates the American spirit. It’s an evening of fun combined with fine music under the stars.

This event marks the beginning of the Symphonia’s 32nd season. To thank all of its supporters at this important milestone, the Symphonia continues to offer adult tickets at $20 if purchased in advance, and $25 at the gate. Tickets for children ages 7 to 18 are $10. The Symphonia welcomes children, ages 6 and under, for free. General parking is always free.
Tickets can also be ordered online or by phone through Aug. 25, or purchased at one of the many ticket locations in the area. Visit the Symphonia’s website, riversidesymphonia.org for information or call the Symphonia at 609-397-7300. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the gate the evening of the concert. The concert goes on rain or shine; tickets are nonrefundable; and no dogs, barbecues, tiki torches, or open flames are permitted. The Symphonia also asks that you refrain from smoking or vaping.
