Arrest warrant issued: for Theresa Floyd, 43, of Philadelphia, Sept. 29, for allegedly assaulting a patient at Harborview, Doylestown.
The victim claims that Floyd forced her to wear a diaper instead of allowing her to use the bathroom when needed, as well as grabbing her by the neck and banging her head into the wall multiple times.
A Criminal Complaint has been filed on charges of abuse of care of a dependent, simple assault, and harassment and police are asking anyone with information regarding the location of Theresa Floyd to submit a tip via CrimeWatch or calling 215-345-4143.

Pennridge Regional

Charged: Michael Bianchini, with recklessly endangering another person, simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief, after police responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash at Ridge Road and Lawn Avenue, at 6:15 p.m. Sept. 26.
Police said Bianchini assaulted the other male driver after his vehicle was rear ended. During the course of the assault Bianchini broke the car window and caused a laceration to the facial area of the victim, police said.

Bianchini was arraigned by District Judge Michael Petrucci and was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.

Quakertown

Charged: Eileen Mulhern, 43, of Jefferson Court, Quakertown, with driving under the influence of alcohol after police stopped her vehicle for an expired registration Sept. 16.
Charged: David Wehr, 42, of Woodburn Road, Levittown, Sept. 18, for harassment by communication for calling the police department and being belligerent with staff, using inappropriate language and racial slurs when referencing the police officers, and calling for no legitimate reason on September 16 and 17.
Charged: Nicholas Wagner, 27, of Old Mill Road, Sellersville, with driving under the influence, possession of paraphernalia and possession of offensive weapons following a search of his vehicle, after police responded for a welfare check on a male passed out behind the wheel in the 200 block of Hellertown Avenue on Sept. 6.
Filed: a written allegation against a male juvenile for theft and receiving stolen property, Sept. 21, stemming from investigation into a theft report at Rite Aid, 345 W. Broad St.
