Charged: Nicholas A. Wagner, with driving under the influence of marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, following a motor vehicle crash at 2:15 p.m. Oct. 16, in the 1500 block of Ridge Road. Also charged was passenger Brittany R. Snyder, with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Charged: Chance Jackson, with stalking and harassment and placed in Bucks County Prison on $250,000 bail Oct. 15, after police were called for a report of a man following a juvenile female at approximately 5 p.m. in the 2500 block of Wellington Way, West Rockhill Township.
Officers were unable to locate the man but were later called back to the area where they located Jackson, who was found to be wanted out of Montgomery County for drug-related charges. The police investigation found that Jackson had followed the girl to her home and onto her front porch.
Charged: Lisa M. Trapani, with driving under influence of alcohol or controlled substance, following a traffic stop at approximately 10 p.m. Oct. 16, in the 200 block of East Branch Road, West Rockhill Township. The vehicle was stopped for failing to maintain its lane of travel.

Quakertown

Cited: two male juveniles for their involvement in a physical altercation that occurred at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Ave., on Oct. 1.
Charged: a female juvenile, with simple assault, for assaulting another female juvenile at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Ave., on Oct. 4.
Arrested: Michael Joseph, 24, of Richlandtown Pike, Richlandtown, in the 200 block of West Broad Street, at 4:59 p.m. Oct. 14, on a warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Department for failure to appear for a simple assault. He was transported to Bucks County Prison.
Charged: Tywuan Hendricks, 38, of Front Street, Quakertown, with criminal trespass and harassment, after police were dispatched to 8 Front Street, at 10:18 p.m. Oct. 14, for the report of a domestic dispute in progress. Police had to intervene in a physical altercation and after further investigation, Hendricks was arrested and charged. He was arraigned by District Judge Joseph Falcone and bail was set at $35,000. Hendricks was remanded to Bucks County Prison.
Charged: Taetuga Maae, 24, of Naylor Court, Quakertown; Brandon Reilly, 38, of Kenwood Circle, Quakertown; and Tiffany Reilly, 39, of Kenwood Circle, Quakertown, with assaulting a man at the American Legion, 610 E. Broad St., on Sept. 19, police reported Oct. 13. All three defendants were arraigned by District Judge Mark Douple and bail was set at $50,000 each.
Charged: Donte Rodriguez, 21, who has no fixed address, at 4:40 p.m. Oct. 8, with burglary for breaking and entering into the building at Freefall Action Park, 670 S. Main St. He was arraigned by District Judge Regina Armitage and bail was set at $25,000. Rodiguez was remanded to Bucks County Prison.
Cited: Chase Gehman, 31, of Kittery Ct., Sellersville, at 8:35 p.m. Oct. 9, for public drunkenness in the 200 block of West Broad Street.
Cited: Paul Richard, 37, of South 9th Street, Quakertown, with Public Drunkenness in the 100 block of South 9th Street, at 1:52 p.m. Oct. 10.
Charged: Seth Lowande, 18, of South 10th Street, Quakertown, after police were dispatched at 10:21 p.m. Oct. 15, to a hit and run accident in front of the Quakertown West Apartments #L building located at 471 S. 9th St. It was reported that a parked vehicle had been struck and the striking vehicle was still on scene but the driver had taken off on foot. Lowande was located and charged with driving under the influence and failing to report the accident.
Charged: Ronald Jochen, 52, of West Broad Street, Quakertown, with driving under the influence, after police were dispatched at 8:34 a.m. Oct. 14, to the EZ Wash Autospa, 350 S. West End Blvd., for the report of a man opening up the inside of his vehicle, and after completely disassembling the interior of his vehicle, washing the interior.
Cited: Paul Richard, 37, of South 9th Street, Quakertown, for Public Drunkenness in the area of South 8th Street and Lehigh Drive at 10:24 a.m. Oct. 11.
Charges: a male juvenile for carrying a pocket folding knife on school grounds at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Ave., on Oct. 11.
Charged: Melvin Mills, 61, of Herkimer St., Brooklyn, N.Y., with forgery, identity theft, theft by deception, and tampering with records or ID-writing, after police were dispatched to TD Bank, 49 N. West End Blvd., for the report of a fraud in progress at 3:10 p.m. Oct. 12. Mills was arraigned by District Judge Regina Armitage and bail was set at $75,000. Mills was remanded to Bucks County Prison.
