Charged: Jovelyn Baez, 36, of Juniper Street, Quakertown, March 18, with simple assault and harassment, stemming from an incident that occurred in the 200 Block of Juniper Street on March 9.
Arrested: Roger Hacker, 47, of West Broad Street, Quakertown,at 6:06 p.m. March 22, in the area of the Bush House Hotel, 200 W. Broad St., on an active warrant out of the Berks County Sheriff’s Department. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until being turned over to Berks County Sheriff’s.
Charged: Freddy Gantier, 43, of North Court, North East, Md., with receiving stolen property; John Aro, 29, of Crystal Beach Road, Earleville, Md., with providing false identification; and Brandy Hurt, 31, of North Court, North East, Md., with possession after police stopped Gantier’s vehicle in the 700 block of South West End Boulevard for a stolen tag and expired registration. All were arraigned by District Judge Gary Gambardella and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
