Newtown Township

Wanted: three people who entered the Ulta Beauty store located at 2914 S. Eagle Road at approximately 5:39 p.m. July 23, and stole more than $8,000 worth of merchandise. Additionally, these men are believed to be associated with several Ulta Beauty thefts in the area. Store surveillance photos are posted on the CrimeWatch website.

Pennridge Regional

Assault: of a 37-year-old woman by an older man, at Landis Market at approximately 4 p.m. July 25, following a road rage incident on North Main Street and Church Road at the traffic light.
According to the victim, the man was driving a white sedan, unknown make, and pulled out in front of her. The victim stated she honked her horn at the vehicle and both vehicles entered the parking lot of the Landis Supermarket.
The victim entered the store and began to shop; when the man entered the store, it appears on store surveillance that he was actively looking for the victim. When he found her, he approached her and a loud verbal argument occurred. The man then struck the woman in the stomach and fled the store on foot.
The male is described as being white, in his 60s, with thinning hair, medium build, wearing glasses and a face mask. He was dressed in a dark green Nike tank top with dark colored shorts, white socks and black sneakers. It is believed that he lives in the area of the supermarket.
Stove surveillance photos are posted on CrimeWatch. Anyone who is familiar with the man, or may have witnessed the incident either in Landis or at the intersection is asked to contact Pennridge Regional Police at 215-257-5104 or Officer Samantha Adams at sadams@pennridgepd.org.

Perkasie

Charged: Christina Graser, with dealing in proceeds of unlawful activity, access device fraud, forgery, computer trespass, unlawful use of computer, theft & receiving stolen property.
In April, a Perkasie business reported that an employee was suspected in stealing funds from the business beginning in 2013. The total loss to the business exceeded $60,000.00.
Following an investigation by a borough detective, a warrant was issued charging Graser. She turned herself in to police without incident on July 26 and was arraigned by District Judge Regina Armitage and released on $100,000 unsecured bail with advice to have no contact with the victim.

Quakertown

Arrested: Michael Kinsey, 30, of East White Street, Summit Hill, after police stopped him on Route 313 between Thatcher and Paletown roads at 11:48 a.m. July 21, for a suspended license. He was subsequently arrested for habitual driving under suspension and search incident to arrest revealed suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia.
Arrested: Jeffrey Cooper, 44, of Blue School Road, Perkasie, at 10:50 a.m. July 22, in the parking lot of Memorial Park off of West Mill Street on a warrant out of the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department for failure to appear. He was turned over to the sheriff’s department.
Cited: Austintino Gonzalez, 23, of Front Street, Quakertown, after his unlicensed and unvaccinated dog bit someone in the area of South 2nd Street and Apple Alley on July 18.
Charged: Kevin Umanzor-Ramirez, 19, of Pennington Lane, Quakertown, with corruption of minors, possession of a small amount of marijuana, conspiracy to possess a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy of possession of drug paraphernalia, July 25, stemming from further investigation into an accident that occurred on June 13 in the 600 block of South West End Boulevard. There were two male juveniles charged for possession.
Charged: Wendy Barnes, 43, of South Main Street, Richlandtown, after police responded to the parking lot of the Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Ave., for a welfare check at 1:03 a.,m. July 24, on a woman reportedly passed out in the parking lot with her belongings strewn about. After further investigation, Barnes was charged with possession of suspected heroin/fentanyl, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia as well as public drunkenness.
Cited: Margi Renninger, 60, no fixed address, at 1:30 a.m. July 27, for trespassing at Bush House Hotel, 200 W. Broad St., after being previously warned on several occasions that she is not allowed on the premises.

Richland Township

Charged: John Mollo, 57, of Shadywood Drive, following a single vehicle accident on California Road, July 8, with driving under the influence and speeding.
Charged: Raymon Chiaverelli, 35, of Quakertown, with burglary, criminal trespass, defiant trespass, false identification to law enforcement and theft by unlawful taking following an investigation of an unwanted person at a residence on Rock Hill Road on July 9.
Charged: Thomas Bingel, 42, of West Thatcher Road, with riving under the influence and resisting arrest July 13.
Charged: Barry Whiteman, 59, of Hatfield, July 20, with aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment of another person, terroristic threats and harassment, following an investigation of an armed subject altercation at Walmart, 195 N. West End Blvd., on June 8.
