Central Bucks Regional

Charged: Erik Bradford Berger, 53, of Doylestown, with simple assault and harassment, after police were called at 10:55 a.m. Jan. 9, to a domestic disturbance. Police said Berger escalated a verbal altercation and caused physical harm to the victim. He was arraigned, bail set at 10% of $20,000 with conditions, and remanded to Bucks County Prison.

Dublin

Charged: Donald Conrad Strohm, with aggravated assault and simple assault, Jan. 7, following an assault involving fists and a knife at a Dublin Borough residence. Strohm fled the scene but was arrested shortly thereafter.
Strohm was also found to be wanted on a Bucks County Probation warrant as well as a warrant from Dublin Borough Police for an unrelated incident during which he was prowling at nighttime on a construction site and nearby homes, and during which he fled on foot.
Strohm was lodged in the Bucks County Prison awaiting Feb. 14, hearings at District Judge Gary Gambardella’s court on both cases.

New Hope

Stolen: a black 2016 Mercedes Benz GLE 450 AMG, New York registration MD84924, from the parking garage of Waterworks Condominiums at 350 River Road, between 8:30 p.m. and midnight Jan. 16. There is a square sticker, with the number “87” on the bottom corner of the front windshield on the passenger side.
Anyone who observed anything suspicious, knows the whereabouts of the vehicle, or knows the identity of the person(s) involved is asked to contact the New Hope Borough Police Department at 215-862-3033 or 215-328-8511 and reference IR#20220117M0002, or to submit a tip via CrimeWatch.

Perkasie

Ambulance call with police assist: at 1:38 p.m. Jan. 15, at the park at 2nd and Walnut streets for a report of an unconscious woman behind the dugout. It was determined that the woman may have been highly intoxicated with the possibility that she was also suffering from a medical emergency.
The 55-year-old patient was transported to an area hospital for treatment. There was no foul play involved in the incident and non-law enforcement social media posts indicating that the Perkasie Police Department was investigating a death scene at this location on this date and time are erroneous.
Charged: Quentin W. Thompson, at 12:30 a.m. Jan. 8, with fleeing or attempting to elude officer, reckless driving and violation of registration after he failed to stop on his motorcycle after police with emergency lighting and signals attempted to stop his vehicle for reckless driving. Thompson was located a short time later taken into police custody. He was processed and released.
Charged: Robert Stumpp, with simple assault and harassment, following an incident at 2:30 a.m. Jan. 15. Stumpp was arraigned by District Judge Lisa Gaier and transported to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail (10%).

Richland

Charged: Paige E. Roth, 60, of Quakertown, Dec. 31, with driving under the influence, careless driving and failure to drive within a single lane.
Charged: James Patrick McCarthy, 58, of Quakertown, with driving under the influence, accidents involving property damage, speeding and failure to drive within a single lane, after police were dispatched Jan. 1, to 670 E. Cherry Road for a one-vehicle accident.
Charged: Kimberly Renee Fleig, 57, of Quakertown, with retail theft and possession of a small amount of marijuana, Jan. 3, after police responded to Walmart, 195 N. West End Blvd., for a retail theft with one woman in custody.

Warminster

Fatal crash: at Street and York roads, at 11:23 a.m. Jan. 15, is under investigation by Warminster police along with the Bucks County District Attorneys Crash Team. Any witness to this accident are asked to call 215-672-1000 to report what they observed.
