Charged: Edward A. Wharton, 44, of Langhorne, with obscene contact or communication with minors, dissemination of explicit material to minors, corruption of minors, and selling or furnishing liquor to minors, after a lengthy investigation stemming from a call for police to respond to a report of underage drinking in June 2021, police said in a Feb. 14 posting.
Police said they learned that Wharton was providing alcohol to minors on several occasions, would watch pornographic material in the presence of minors, and was also sending inappropriate photos and videos to minors via social media.
Wharton was arraigned by District Judge Mark Douple, and bail was set at $75,000 unsecured with conditions. According to the posting, Wharton was arrested on Dec. 28, 2021.
Charged: Jeffrey William Arnold, 48, of Doylestown, with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, terroristic threats cause serious public inconvenience, recklessly endangering another person and simple assault Feb 11, after police responded to a road rage incident.
The victim told police that Arnold was tailgating him before pulling up along side him where a verbal argument ensued. Arnold pulled out a firearm, police said, telling the victim to watch their back and then he fled the scene. Arnold was located at his residence, taken into custody, arraigned, and bail was set at $75,000 unsecured with conditions.

Dublin

Charged: Kenneth Puro, with driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, police said Feb. 17, in connection with a Jan. 18 arrest, after being observed driving erratically within the borough. Puro subsequently failed field sobriety tests and was taken into custody. Puro submitted to a blood test which was sent to NMS Labs for analysis and which indicated a blood alcohol level of 0.323, which is over four times the legal limit. A preliminary hearing for Puro is scheduled for Feb. 28, before District Judge Gary Gambardella.

Perkasie

Burglary: between approximately 4:30 and 7:15 p.m. Feb. 15, at a home in the 400 block of Dorchester Lane, while the house was unoccupied. Forced entry occurred and various items were stolen from throughout the residence. If anyone has any information or observed anything suspicious in the area, contact the Perkasie Borough Police Department at 215-257-6876.

Quakertown

Arrested: Alisia Stewart, 41, of White House Station, N.J., in the area of Morris Road and South West End Boulevard at 12:58 a.m. Feb. 10, on an active warrant out of Bucks County for possession of marijuana.

Cited: Erykah Hall, 23, of Alan Lane, Quakertown, Feb. 11, for harassment and disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred Feb. 9, in the area of Borough Hall.
Cited: Eugene Bleam, 65, of West Broad Street, Quakertown, for public drunkenness at 8:02 p.m. Feb. 12, in the area of Route 313 and South 14th Street.
Charged: Aaron Hamlin, 46, of East Saw Mill Road, Quakertown, with possession and retail theft, after police were dispatched at 3:20 p.m. Feb. 17, to Rite Aid, 1465 W. Broad St., for the report of a man that had just exited the store with merchandise that he did not pay for. Hamlin was located in the traffic way that leads to the parking lot of Walmart. He was taken into custody and search incident to arrest revealed suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Richland

Charged: Evan Michael Mokrynchuk, 27, of Quakertown, Jan. 22, following a report of a domestic disturbance. Mokrynchuk was charged with robbery, terroristic threats, theft by unlawful taking, false imprisonment and harassment.
Charged: Emily Finger, 31, of Plumsteadville, with retail theft, receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance, after police were called Jan. 24, to Walmart, 195 N. West End Blvd., for a retail theft with one woman in custody.
Charged: Kevin Wade Milton, 47, of Allentown, with driving under the influence, trespass by motor vehicle, and restrictions on alcoholic beverages Feb. 1, after police responded to a California Road residence for a vehicle that entered a private driveway, then continued through the resident’s yard and into the woods behind the home.
Charged: Tracy J. Kahler 49, of Dublin, with retail theft and receiving stolen property, after police responded Feb. 1, to Walmart, 195 N. West End Blvd., for a retail theft with one man in custody.
Charged: Kelli Lynne Yandolino, 40, of Sellersville, with driving under the influence, failure to maintain a single lane and careless driving, after police responded to the 400 block of West Paletown Road for a single vehicle accident with wires down Feb. 6.
Charged: Brian H. Aguado, 45, of Telford, following a traffic stop Feb. 11, with driving under the influence, speeding and careless driving.
Charged: Deborah Jean Strong-Booz, 59, of Quakertown, with driving under the influence and speeding Feb. 12, after police responded to Fairview Avenue and Station Road for a single vehicle accident.
Charged: Joseph Eric Allebach, 41, of Richlandtown, Feb. 13, with driving under the influence, racing on highways and failure to use turn signals following a traffic stop for erratic driving.
