Dublin

Arrested by warrant: Jenni Haasz, for a charged of felony grade retail theft Nov. 24, following an incident at the Dublin IGA. She was arraigned on charges of by District Judge Gary Gambardella and was released on $15,000 unsecured bail for a Dec. 6, preliminary hearing.

Newtown Township

Investigation: into the report of a road rage incident that turned into an assault in the PetSmart parking lot at approximately 9:30 a.m. Nov. 21. A man operating a white Tesla Model X exited his vehicle and threw a woman to the ground because of a parking dispute and then fled the scene. The investigation is ongoing at this time.

Perkasie

Charged: Sarah Campolei, with simple assault following a domestic incident on Nov. 10. Campolei was arraigned by District Judge Frank Peranteau and released on $25,000 unsecured bail.
Charged: Kassandra Gimson, with driving under the influence after police were called for a suspicious vehicle on East Walnut Street Nov. 15. An investigation into the unoccupied vehicle determined that Gimson was the operator of the vehicle and she was found to be driving under the influence.
Charged: Edmond Menegaux, 56, with driving under the influence Sept. 2, after police were called at 12:45 a.m. by Fire Rescue/PEMA Task Force 1 for a person operating a vehicle in flooded waters who needed to be rescued on Callowhill Street at Dorchester Lane.

Quakertown

Charged: Melvin Woodson, 50, no fixed address, with aggravated assault, fleeing police, recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving, and numerous traffic violations, after police were dispatched to the first block of Dewsbury Lane Nov. 18, for the report of a suspicious vehicle.
The vehicle, driven by Woodson, was located, and he proceeded to flee police after hitting a police vehicle. Other jurisdictions joined in for the pursuit and finally the pursuit was called off due to Woodson recklessly driving the vehicle and endangering others.

Charges were filed and a warrant was issued. Woodson was arrested later the same day by Pennsylvania State Police-Belfast on their own charges. He remains in Northampton County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.
Charged: Jody Bickerstaff, 53, of East Broad Street, Quakertown, on charges of simple assault and harassment (domestic violence related), after police were dispatched at 9:03 p.m. Nov. 17, to the 600 block of East Broad Street for the report of a physical domestic dispute.
Bickerstaff was arraigned by District Judge Michael Petrucci and bail was set at $20,000. Bickerstaff was remanded to Bucks County Prison.
Referred: two female juveniles to the Youth Aid Program for underage drinking at the “Homecoming Dance” at the Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Ave., on Nov. 13.
Cited: Alexander Grove, 19, of Hampshire Drive, Sellersville, Nov. 24, for carrying a false identification card and attempting to purchase alcohol while underage, after police were dispatched to the Wine and Spirits Store, 1465 W. Broad St., for the report of a male who attempted to give a fake ID. He was referred to the Bucks County Community Accountability Panel Program.
Charged: Kathy Sosna, 62, of School Road, Kintnersville, with driving under the influence of alcohol, Nov. 25, following a single car traffic accident at East Broad and Elm streets.
Charged: Juline Jones, 33, of South Hellertown Avenue, Quakertown, with possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from an incident that occurred at 22 S. Hellertown Ave., Sept. 28.
Charged: Denise Schueller, 53, of East Street Road, Southampton, after police responded to the 100 Block of South Hellertown Avenue at 8:25 p.m. Nov. 28, for the report of a woman that had broken into the complainant’s residence and assaulted her.
Schueller was arraigned by District Judge Maggie Snow and bail was set at $25,000. Schueller was remanded to Bucks County Prison.
Cited: Todd Burkhardt, 55, of South 14th Street, Quakertown, Nov. 30, for throwing and breaking bottles onto the property of Battery Warehouse Outlet, 33 S. 14th St., several times during the last few months.
