Shooting: reported at a residence in the 200 Block of Marshall Street, at 11:29 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 14.
Upon arrival officers were met by a male who advised he had been shot in the leg by a second male who remained on scene.
The gunshot victim was transported to Grandview Hospital where he was treated and released. The shooting suspect was detained at the scene and has not been charged at this time pending further investigation and review by the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office.
This case is being jointly investigated by the Perkasie Borough Police Department and Bucks County Detectives. Assisting at the scene were Hilltown Township Police, Pennridge Regional Police, Bucks County Rangers, Quakertown Borough Police, Bucks County Detectives and the Bucks County Crime Scene Unit.

Cited: Alexis Bleam 35, of Quakertown with speeding following a one vehicle accident on Trumbauersville Road Aug. 1.
Charged: William Richard Russell 63, of North West End Boulevard, Aug. 2, with recklessly endangering another person, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident following an investigation into a hit and run crash on July 9, at Wawa, 600 N. West End Blvd.
Charged: Robert T. Dolga, 39, of Pottstown, with driving under the influence, Aug. 3, following a single vehicle crash on Yankee Road.
Charged: Paul F. Mulhern, 40, of Quakertown with driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license after responded to Michael’s, 232 N. West End Blvd., Aug. 4, for a man passed out in a running vehicle.
