Charged: William J. Slovinac, 64, of Lansdale, with driving under the influence and careless driving, following a motor vehicle crash July 14, near an office in the first block of North West End Boulevard.
Charged: Abraham James Danciger, 34, of Ottsville, following a traffic stop July 16, with a firearm possession violation, driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to drive within a single lane and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.
Charged: Fawn Theresa Doyle, 34, no fixed address, with defiant trespass and disorderly conduct July 29, after police responded to the Dollar Tree, 50 N. West End Blvd., for a call about an unwanted woman refusing to leave the store.
July 30 at approximately 1:30 a.m. police conducted a traffic stop on the operator of a blue Dodge Ram pickup truck for committing a vehicle code violation on the Newtown Bypass in the area of Summit Trace Road. Upon contact with the operator, the officer observed metal knuckles, an illegal weapon, in plain sight within the vehicle.
As a result of the investigation, the vehicle was impounded without incident, and a search warrant was obtained. Suspected narcotics and drug paraphernalia were recovered and seized as evidence. Charges are pending evidence results.
July 30 at approximately 4 p.m. police were dispatched to Ulta Beauty located on South Eagle Road for the report of a retail theft that occurred the day prior. Two females took several bottles of perfume, and the total value of loss was $2,712.00. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
