The Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association (PMAA), recently convened the membership for the annual business meeting, adoption of legislative policy initiatives, employee service awards, and industry trade show.
The event took place at the Penn Stater Hotel in State College Aug. 29 - Sept. 1. The PMAA conference features the largest trade show of its kind in Pennsylvania with representatives from businesses and state agencies pertinent to municipal authorities and their communities.
The theme for the event and for the coming year was Resilience in a Changing World and was reflected in presentations that focused on changes within the industry of water, wastewater, recycling, stormwater, and other community services.
