Pinelands Juried Photography Exhibit seeks nature photo submissions

Posted

The deadline for the Pinelands Juried Photography Exhibit is set for Jan. 30, leaving interested photographers ample time to submit their best nature pieces.
Winning photographs will be selected by a jury. Prizes are awarded by Michael Yamashita, a National Geographic photographer. The exhibit will hang in Pinelands Preservation Alliance’s barn and will be open to the public from March 28 to April 30. All submitted photographs will be on display in the online gallery.
Over $2,000 in cash prizes are available. Awards will be announced at the opening reception on March 26.

All photographs must be taken within the New Jersey Pinelands National Reserve. All flora and fauna must be photographed in their natural environment. Due to New Jersey public land regulations, drone photography is not permitted.
A prospectus, registration link and detailed information about submissions can be found at pinelandsphotoexhibit.org.
