Pine2Pink purchases chairs for oncology patient use

Posted

Pine2Pink has allocated a portion of 2019’s $90,000 fundraising efforts to purchase 12 brand new state-of-the-art infusion chairs to be used by breast cancer patients in the oncology division of the Doylestown Health Cancer Institute.

The Lazy Boy chairs each feature: massage, heat, a tray table, the ability to fully recline, a pillow feature and trendelenburg positioning

“As always it is our pleasure to do what we can as a local nonprofit to provide people in our community battling breast cancer, including our metastatic friends, comfort, support and resources to ease the burden they all face,” said Keith Fenimore, Pink2Pink founder. “Thank you to all who gave and continually support Pine2Pink. We’ve only just begun, and we’re not letting the challenges of 2020 squash our spirit or drive.”
