Philly POPS tour Highland Farm

Posted

Philly POPS representatives and Philly POPS Festival Chorus members, including David Charles Abell, music director and principal conductor, recently toured Highland Farm, the former Doylestown home of lyricist Oscar Hammerstein II.
Greg Roth, president of the Oscar Hammerstein Museum and Theatre Education Center, and Jaime Rogers, board member and music teacher at Lenape Middle School, were also on hand for the tour, which was conducted in preparation for the POPS’ upcoming performances of “Hammerstein: The Song Is You,” at the Kimmel Center in April.
