A Place 4 Pups, an indoor play and pet sitting facility for small breed dogs, has opened in New Hope.
A Place 4 Pups was created to provide peace of mind to owners of small breed dogs, who are starting to get back to work and life’s activities.
“Pet owners of small breed dogs, have expressed that they are putting off going to medical appointments, getting their hair done, running errands and even going back to work full-time because their dog is demonstrating behaviors of separation anxiety after having spent so much time with them over the past 12-plus months during the COVID 19 pandemic. We have also listened to many pet owners across the board, say that their dog is excessively barking while they are taking and making work phone calls from home,” said Candice Huddy, spokesperson for A Place 4 Pups.
The mission of A Place 4 Pups is to reduce the stress and anxiety that pet owners of small dog breeds 25 pounds and under, may be experiencing by providing a small location based facility that focuses on enriched indoor play, socialization and hourly or afternoon pet sitting services.
