Committed to powering its customers through the COVID-19 crisis, PECO has extended its customer support through July 1.
If you are unable to pay your bill, the following programs have been extended:
• Suspending service disconnections
• Waiving all new late fees for customers
• Reconnecting service for customers who have had their service disconnected
If you wish to assist others facing financial hardship, there is the PECO Gift of Energy, which allows individuals to make a payment toward a friend or family member’s PECO bill. The gift appears as a credit on a recipient’s future bill. The process is quick and easy. Visit peco.com/gift or call 1-800-597-9514.
Customers can pay their bills online, with the PECO mobile app or by signing up for budget billing to pay a set amount each month.
