Pauline Bennett Aneskewich, 94 passed away on Tuesday November 16, 2021 at the Hunterdon Care Center.

Born and raised in Lambertville, Pauline had lived in W. Amwell Twp. since

1950. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse, having worked at the Carrier Clinic in Skillman, NJ and the Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington and at the W. Amwell Elementary School. Pauline worked as a volunteer with the Hunterdon County Meals on Wheels and was a member of the W. Amwell Wander’s Senior Citizens.

Daughter of the late George and Myrtle Shumann Bennett, Sr., and widow of John G. Aneskewich, Sr. and sister of the late Gladys Bennett Fretz, George Bennett, Jr., she is survived by her daughter Linda Hixson and her husband James, two sons John Aneskewich and his wife Eileen, Richard Aneskewich and his wife Pam, 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

A mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Tuesday November 23 at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 44 Bridge St. Lambertville. Burial followed in the parish cemetery under the direction of the Garefino Funeral Home in Lambertville.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. John’s the Evangelist R.C.Church, 13 N. Main St., Lambertville, NJ 08530.
