The Pennsylvania Nepalese Guthi Association sponsored the donation of 100 meals for health care workers at Doylestown Health.
Provided by the Namaste Indian Bistro of Warminster, the meals were enjoyed by Associates in the Emergency Department, Cardiovascular ICU/IVU and ORs.
U.S. Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick was on hand to show his support of health care workers as the meals were delivered to Doylestown Hospital on July 13.

Shamsul Huda, a friend of the Nepalese Guthi Association, is a former patient of Dr. Joseph Auteri, chief, cardiac surgery and medical director, The Richard A. Reif Heart Institute. Huda helped organize the food donation and delivery along with Bharat Rawal, owner of Namaste Indian Bistro and Bimal Moktan, owner of The Persian Grill and founder of the PA Nepalese Guthi Association.
“We are grateful to be able to express our gratitude for the selfless work your hospital employees are providing to our communities during the seemingly relentless COVID-19 pandemic,” said Huda, CEO, Global Horizon International. “We were thankful to U.S. Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick who accompanied us.”
