PA Gaming Control Board reports total gaming revenue for June

Following shutdowns due to the COVID-19 pandemic, 11 of Pennsylvania’s 12 casinos reopened during June and generated slot machine and table games revenue for the first time in several months.
 
Sources of gaming revenue regulated by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board include slot machines, table games, internet gaming, retail and internet sports wagering, fantasy contests and video gaming terminals (VGTs). The board has posted separate reports for these types of gaming on its website, https://gamingcontrolboard.pa.gov/.
 
Notable in the local area are Parx Casino in Bensalem with $10,289,147 in June, $49,684,433 in June 2019, a loss of 79.29 %; Mohegan Sun Pocono with (,055,090 in June, $18,005,466 in June 2019, a loss of 49.70%; Harrah’s Philadelphia with $6,283,043 in June, $21,399,563 is June 2019, a loss of 70.64%; and Wind Creek Bethlehem with $3,235,741 in June, $43,356,000 in June 2019, a loss of 92.54%.
