OrthogenRx, an 8-year success, celebrates

Bucks County focused party brings staff together

After 16 months of gathering online for company meetings and happy hours, OrthogenRx finally was able to bring its employees and guests together for an in-person meeting at the River House at Odette’s to celebrate a successful 2020 and continuation into 2021.
With many new hires during the pandemic, the face-to-face interaction and bonding experience, along with employees’ guests, injected a new level of energy to the organization.
Doylestown-based, OrthogenRx, sells intra-articular hyaluronic acid (HA) products for the treatment of osteoarthritis knee pain. HAs are ubiquitous throughout the body and most notably used as a moisturizer in high-end cosmetics, but also used in ophthalmologic surgery, wound care, lubrication, aesthetics and prohibiting surgical adhesions.
“I am humbled to lead such an incredible group of dedicated professionals who can pivot successfully on a dime, no matter what the circumstances that are thrown their way. Each one of them embraces the very core of entrepreneurship,” states Michael Daley, CEO of OrthogenRx.
The celebration was to acknowledge individual efforts and collective efforts of the team. Meetings were held throughout the day and dinner, drinks and dancing went well into the evening. Each guest received gift bags which included Revitalift Derm Intensives (1.5% Pure Hyaluronic Acid Serum) an anti-aging face serum; Sciascia Confections based in New Hope at the Ferry Market; Strawberry Rhubard Hard Cider and Nectarine Butter from Manoff Market Gardens; and a sample Upper Makefield’s Ely Pork Products Market award-winning Artisan Cheese.
“We’re still small enough that we try to take advantage of any opportunity to bring the entire team together. Two-month-old Logan Boswell, the latest addition to our extended family, was also in attendance and personally implied how much he enjoyed the event with a big smile and gurgles,” Daley said.

“Our office has been officially closed for almost 16 months to the day, so this meeting was especially important to further cement our bonds and team. It was an especially sweet and rewarding way to celebrate our 2020 performance, as well as a great half for 2021.
“I am humbled when I think of the incredible accomplishments this team has made in just eight years from its beginnings in my home office and informal meetings at Fred’s Breakfast in New Hope.”
With Covid-19 concerns still lingering, the headquarters will operate on a hybrid model.
“The dedication, innovation, focus and work ethic have created a dynamic culture that continues to make OrthogenRx one of the fastest growing and most successful companies in the hyaluronic acid market. And 2021 is shaping up to be just as successful because of the leadership values and team approach,” stated Jackie Cronin, senior marketing manager, Raleigh, N.C. “OrthogenRx has always had a mixed-model (in-office and remote) which made the transition to totally remote an easy adjustment, but continuing to collaborate remotely allows us to play to each other’s strengths and yet still allow a close personal bond.
“In early September I’ll be joining many of my colleagues at the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons in San Diego and am very excited to roll out some of our new creative programs to facilitate access of our products to physicians and our patients.”
