Old York Cellars bring Paella to the patio for Independence Day

Posted

Old York Cellars (OYC) in Ringoes, N.J., one of the oldest vineyards in the Garden State, launches its newest opportunity for guests to enjoy, Paella on the Patio, as part of its Fourth of July celebration.
Prepared by Old York Cellars’ Chef José Diaz, the cooking of authentic paella is an event in itself, as it is prepared table-side on the patio at Old York Cellars’ vineyard. Paella on the Patio begins July 2, and will run through the end of the month.
In addition to Paella on the Patio, Old York Cellars is celebrating the holiday with guided wine tastings, live music, and a special Fourth of July menu from Chef José, complete with slushies to beat the heat.

Old York Cellars will also roll out a special “Red, White and Blush” July wine trio as part of the celebrations.

Indoor and outdoor seating are both available as per CDC and New Jersey guidance, with socially distanced seating available. In addition to the popular outdoor wine cabanas, picnic-style seating among the vineyard is also available. Guests will need to bring their own blanket.
