Elaine T. Yandrisevits has been named a partner of the law firm of Antheil Maslow & MacMinn, in Doylestown.

According to Mike Mills, an AMM partner and a member the firm’s executive committee, “Since joining AMM in 2018, Elaine has made indelible contributions to our Trusts and Estates practice group, our firm, and our larger community. She is not only a very skilled lawyer, but a great colleague. We’re proud to have her as a partner at AMM.”

Yandrisevits concentrates her practice on estate planning, trusts and estate administration and Orphans’ Court matters with a focus on special needs trust planning and guardianships. She is a frequent speaker on estate planning, estate administration, and special needs planning for continuing legal education and community organizations.

Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Financial Advisor Sean A. McGee was recently named to the 2022 Forbes “Best-in-State Wealth Advisors” list.

A resident of Flemington, N.J., he received his bachelor’s degree from Leighton University, and his master’s degree from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.

He is senior vice president and a senior portfolio manager at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in Yardley. With over 26 years of experience, McGee has been named to the 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021, Forbes “Best-in-State Wealth Advisors” lists—making this his fifth time being recognized.

For the fifth consecutive year, Merrill holds the No. 1 position of all firms, with 1,644 total advisors recognized on the list.

Patrice M. Turenne, labor and employment counsel for Bimbo Bakeries USA Inc., Horsham, will become the chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) Young Lawyers Division (YLD) at the conclusion of the association’s May 13 House of Delegates meeting in Hershey.

Turenne is currently completing her term as PBA YLD chair-elect. She previously served the at-large diversity chair of the PBA YLD.

Turenne is a co-vice chair of the PBA In-House Counsel Committee and is a member of the PBA Federal Practice Committee, PBA Investment Committee, PBA Minority Bar Committee and PBA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Team.

Turenne is a supervisor for Whitemarsh Township. She earned a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, a M.A. from La Salle University and a J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School.

Jessica Bealer, vice president, international services, QNB Bank recently earned her Certificate for Documentary Credit Specialists (“CDCS”) from The London Institute of Banking & Finance.

The CDCS is a professional qualification recognized worldwide as a benchmark of competence for international trade practitioners. Earning the CDCS demonstrates a breadth of knowledge and understanding of the complex issues associated with documentary credit practice, compliance with regulatory requirements, transaction risk and mitigation, and products and payment methods.

To qualify for the CDCS certification, individuals must have experience and education in international trade in a financial services environment and pass an examination.

Bealer has been in banking for 30 years. Prior to joining QNB Bank in 2017, she served as VP, international operations manager at National Penn Bank. She graduated from Moravian College, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.
