Noteworthy Business Briefs for Feb. 8


Kim I. Plyler, CEO of both Sahl Communications Inc. in Bethlehem and Arete Gallery Inc. in New Hope, has been accepted for the fifth year into Forbes Agency Council, an invitation-only community of business owners and senior executives in successful public relations, media strategy, creative, and advertising agencies.

Plyler, female veteran-owned business owner, was selected by a review committee based on the depth and diversity of her experience. Criteria for acceptance include a track record of successfully impacting business growth metrics, as well as personal and professional achievements and honors. Her “Master Your Story, It Matters!” platform program and her “Healing Through Creativity” programs have gain national recognition.

As a member of the council, Plyler has access to exclusive opportunities designed to help her public relations and art gallery teams reach peak professional influence. The teams will connect and collaborate with other respected leaders in a private forum. Plyler will also have the opportunity to share her expert insights in original articles and contribute to published Expert Panels alongside other experts on

Dilworth Paxson and Yorkway Law Group announced that Yorkway will join its practice with Dilworth Paxson.

The addition of Yorkway’s attorneys will strengthen Dilworth’s existing Trust & Estate practice, while expanding its presence in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Yorkway Law Group has offices in Doylestown, Feasterville and Jenkintown.

“Dilworth is very excited to announce the combination with the estates practice led by Hilary Fuelleborn, and the addition of her two associates (Lara Bolte and Laura Zartman) and staff to our Trusts and Estates practice,” said Dilworth Chairman Larry McMichael.

“Hilary has built an impressive list of clients and we welcome her and her clients to the firm. This strategic initiative builds upon the existing success of the practice and the addition of the Schnader estates practice earlier in 2023.”
