Essential Utilities (Aqua PA) recently announced the appointment of Southeastern Pennsylvania native Brian Dingerdissen –– its longtime chief of staff and VP of communications and investor relations –– as vice president, investor relations and treasurer.

Dingerdissen will be responsible for Essential’s financing and cash management activities and relationships with credit agencies. He will retain his investor relations responsibilities and lead Essential’s ESG program.

Dingerdissen joined Essential in 2005 and assumed leadership of investor relations in 2008. During his tenure, the company’s market cap has grown from $2B to more than $13B.

Dingerdissen earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance and his Master of Business Administration from Villanova University.

Commercial real estate firm Binswanger announced that it has brokered the sale of a 21,812-square-foot industrial building to be used for granite and marble distribution/manufacturing in Newportville, Bristol Township.

Strategically located where I-295 and I-276 meet, the property offers convenient access to Veterans Highway and bridges to New Jersey.

Representing the undisclosed seller, Binswanger Vice President Jason Ostach and Senior Vice President and Partner Chris Pennington sold the property to Anant Real Estate Holdings for the full asking price of $2.2 million. This is the second transaction the two brokers have completed in this market in less than a month.

Bank of America announced the transition of two Philadelphia-based executives into new roles within the organization.

Bucks County resident Jim Dever has been appointed market executive leading the Pennsylvania and Delaware market for the Bank of America Private Bank. Dever will continue to serve as the president of Bank of America Greater Philadelphia.

He also leads Bank of America’s local community engagement work, leveraging the company’s capabilities to help address social and economic challenges in the region.

Previously, Dever was the market executive for Global Commercial Banking (GCB) across Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware.

Eric Del Viscio has been named to succeed Dever as GCB market executive for Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Northern Delaware.

Cecilian Partners Inc., a New Hope-based real estate property technology company, announced that executives with two Arizona-based homebuilding and land development firms have joined its board of directors.

Stephanie McCarty, chief marketing and communications officer at national homebuilder and developer Taylor Morrison, and Greg Vogel, founder and CEO of Land Advisors Organization have been named to the board to assist Cecilian Partners with its growth strategy, operational oversight and market penetration. They join the firm’s five other industry leaders currently serving on Cecilian Partners’ board of directors.

Land Advisors Organization recently entered into a partnership with Cecilian Partners to further expand its proptech capabilities and extend its services for builders and developers beyond land analysis and sales into land development, lot management, and the enhancement of the new home buying experience.

Babylon School of Dance hosts a Grand Opening at its new studio, 500 Horizon Drive, Suite 504, Chalfont, from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 13.

There will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony at noon, sponsored by the Chalfont New Britain Business Alliance. Children ages 3 to 9 will dance from 1 to 2 p.m.
