C&N (Citizens & Northern Corporation) announced that M. William Kadri has joined the Southeast Region team as VP; Regional Personal Banking manager based in Doylestown.

Kadri brings 10 years of retail banking experience to the team at C&N. He will lead the Southeast Region retail team in growing the market’s deposit and loan portfolio while focusing on providing the highest level of customer experience. Most recently, he was a vice president, regional retail manager with Penn Community Bank.

“We are extremely excited to have Will join our C&N team. He is a talented banker with an abundance of positive energy and has an excellent reputation within our community,” stated Blair Rush, president, Southeast Region.

Kadri, a Bucks County resident, is an active member of the local community. Currently, he serves on the board of directors for Vita Education Services, Inc. He also volunteers with special needs individuals.

ARRO Consulting Inc., a full-service engineering, environmental, and management consulting firm headquartered in Lititz, and with one of its five offices in Doylestown, recently announced the appointment of Heather Montgomery as its chief financial officer (CFO).

ARRO, which grew exponentially in 2022, will rely on Montgomery’s experience as its client base and reach continue to expand.

As CFO of Flinchbaugh Engineering, Inc. for the past three years, Montgomery championed the implementation of new technology to provide better visibility, and drive efficiency improvements. Prior to that, while CFO/COO (and ultimately CEO) of Airframes Alaska, Montgomery grew the company by 899% over seven years.

Montgomery graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Alaska Southeast with a BBA in Accounting. She obtained her first C-level role at age 31, and was featured in a CNN Money article about female C-level executives in male-dominated industries.

The Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce will host an Economic Forum and luncheon for its members and their guests from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, at Huntingdon Valley Country Club.

The event will include a presentation, a networking session and a sit-down lunch.

The presentation will focus on forecasting the 2023 economy and helping members understand how they can expect the economy to affect them and their businesses in the coming year.

Michael Halloran of Janney Montgomery Scott will give the presentation. With over 20 years of industry experience, he’s published pieces on everything from climate change to key elections. Janney is sponsoring the event.
