Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine have recognized Wesley Enhanced Living as one of the 2023 Best Workplaces in Aging Services.

It is Wesley Enhanced Living’s fifth time being named to this national list. The organization is the only Pennsylvania-based company on the list, ranking fifth place out of the top 25.

The Best Workplaces in Aging Services award is based on analysis of survey responses from more than 140,000 employees from Great Place to Work-Certified companies in the aging services industry. In that survey, 87% of Wesley Enhanced Living’s employees said the company is a great place to work. This number is 30% higher than the average U.S. company.

Companies were only considered if they are a Great Place to Work-Certified organization.
