Not pro-abortion but Pro Choice

Posted

I guess I was naive to think this Supreme Court would not overturn Roe vs Wade.

Don’t label me pro-abortion. I am Pro Choice meaning that I would not want some stranger making such a difficult choice for me and I would never be arrogant enough to think I had the right to make that choice for someone else.

I believe the difficult decision to end a pregnancy depends on so many factors such as physical problems, mental abilities, finances, domestic abuse situations, age, rape and incest. Unfortunately the judges and lawmakers have no knowledge of these very personal matters when forming their opinions.

And it is a very personal matter. It’s very sad that some people in power think they know what’s best for everyone and a possess not a shred of empathy.
