Nockamixon Historic Commission will host a cemetery tour of St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church and adjoining cemetery, located on Haycock Run Road, Haycock, from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8.
Rosanne McCarty will give a brief history of the parish, which is the oldest in Bucks, Northampton and Monroe counties, and the third oldest in the Philadelphia diocese.
Additional guest speakers will include Jim McHugh, Arlene Eichlin and Donna Hobson, who will point out and tell stories of community and religious leaders buried in the cemetery.
