The annual “Newtown Food Truck Fest: Summer Send-Off Edition” will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 1, at Council Rock North High School.
The fundraising event for the historic Newtown Theatre will feature 18 regional food trucks serving up a wide variety of food and desserts. Parking at the high school is a suggested donation of $10, with all proceeds benefiting the nonprofit theater, the nation’s oldest continuously operating movie theater.
Confirmed food trucks include: Anatolian Delight, Barkley’s BBQ, BlendLife, Brazilian Bites, Brilliant Beverages, Buzzetta’s Festival Foods, Chickie’s and Pete’s Crabfries Express, Goodnoe’s Farm Dairy Bar, Jammin’ Crepes, Kono Pizza, LaBarra, Nick’s Roast Beef, Nina’s Waffles & Ice Cream, Nomad Pizza, Pink’s Cold Treats, Cow and the Curd, Happy Pita, and Little Sicilian.
