Gearing up for the first annual Lambertville Halloween Film Festival, the Acme presents the Midnight Film Society, at 10 p.m. Friday, Aug. 5.
An ACME Screening Room event that focuses on showing cult classics on dead formats, Midnight Society is also a place for local genre directors, writers, and creators to screen their newest projects and talk to like-minded retro-horror nerds. Featured this week will be the cult classic, “The Fog.”
The event happens the first Friday every two months, starting at 10 p.m. Free coffee is always included for late night fuel, with an $8 donation to the Acme to attend.
