Nestle Waters acquires Fountainville company

Nestlé Waters North America (NWNA) has expanded its ReadyRefresh by Nestlé operations after entering into an agreement to acquire the customers of Eagles Peak Spring Water, based in Fountainville.

The deal will allow ReadyRefresh to service the Greater Philadelphia area and parts of western New Jersey. The transaction closed February 28, and is part of NWNA’s focus to align current operations to meet future needs and position the company for long-term success.

ReadyRefresh is NWNA’s delivery service that provides a variety of beverage options directly to the homes of consumers and the offices of local businesses.

ReadyRefresh will offer Pennsylvania and New Jersey customers a variety of well-known brands, such as Deer Park Brand 100 percent Natural Spring Water, Deer Park Brand Sparkling Water, Nestlé Pure Life Purified Water, Perrier, and S.Pellegrino Sparkling Natural Mineral Water in an assortment of sizes and flavors, as well as several coffee brands.
