Neshaminy Valley Music Theatre presents “Annie”

Neshaminy Valley Music Theatre will present its 64th annual production, “Annie,” April 2, 3, 8, 9 and 10, at Neshaminy High School Auditorium, 2001 Old Lincoln Highway in Langhorne.
The Tony Award-winning musical, based on Harold Gray’s long-running comic strip, Little Orphan Annie, follows Annie from her orphanage and the clutches of the malicious Miss Hannigan to a stay at billionaire Oliver Warbucks’ mansion for Christmas.
When Annie wins the hearts of Warbucks and his staff, they set out on an epic mission to find Annie’s parents, with help from President Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Meanwhile, Miss Hannigan, in partnership with her brother Rooster and his girlfriend Lily, scheme to make some money out of this unique situation.

Performances are Fridays at 8 p.m., Saturdays at 3 and 8 p.m., and Sundays at 3 p.m. The production will be directed and choreographed by Barrymore Award-nominated director/choreographer Stephen Casey.
