Music Mountain Theatre in Lambertville, N.J., will present “La Cage Aux Folles” for a three-weekend run opening beginning Friday, June 17 and playing through Sunday, July 3. Performances are Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m, Saturdays and Sundays at 3p.m.

“La Cage Aux Folles” remains one of musical theatre’s all-time biggest hits, adding new dimension to the boulevard comedy. Based on the hit French farce that also inspired Hollywood’s The Birdcage, “La Cage Aux Folles” features the humor of Harvey Fierstein and a musical score by Jerry Herman.

Returning to the role of Alban/Zaza is Michael Moeller with David Whiteman who is reprising his role of Georges. Music Mountain’s production is directed by Louis Palena, with choreography and costume design by Jordan Brennan, musical direction by Sue Den Outer, sound design by Morgan Tarrant, and lighting design by Aidan Mitchell.

Tickets are available online at musicmountaintheatre.org or by calling the box office at 609-397-3337.
