Music Mountain Theatre’s 2019 Theatre for Young Audiences series continues with “Robin Hood,” a revved-up look at a timeless tale of an outlaw and his Merry Men, with swashbuckling adventures and triumphs against great odds.
The title character is played by Jaydin Houck, who just finished a run as Nathan Lukowski in “The Full Monty” on MMT’s main stage. A resident of Whitehouse Station, N.J., he attends Hunterdon Central Regional High School.
Jessica Schuchardt of Flemington, N.J., is Maid Marian, and Kira Sneddon of Lambertville, N.J., is the Sheriff of Nottingham.
The original musical for young audiences is written and composed by MMT co-Artistic Director Louis Palena and directed by Resident Company member Eddie Honan.
Robin Hood runs through July 20, on Fridays and Saturdays at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., at Music Mountain Theatre, 1483 Route 179, Lambertville. Tickets are $8 and can be purchased at the venue, at
musicmountaintheatre.org, or at 609-397-3337.
