Morven Museum & Garden’s annual spring fundraiser, Morven in May, returns.
Join in for this signature event that launches the season and offers an opportunity to gather at the museum in Princeton, N.J., in celebration of renewal and connection, in support of Morven Museum & Garden’s mission.
The Garden Party, Morven’s largest fundraiser of the year, will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 6, with a weather date of Saturday, May 7, also from 6 to 8 p.m.
This annual tradition raises necessary funds allowing Morven to continue to provide illuminating exhibitions and educational programming, along with preserving this National Historic Landmark. This year, the Garden Party will be hosted by Ashley and Brian Formento, Susan MacGregor, Liza and Schuyler Morehouse, Kathy Vik, and Elizabeth Wislar.
Featured at the Garden Party will be a hearty grazing menu with a signature cocktail, live entertainment, and silent auction. During this time, the gift shop and museum, including Morven’s latest exhibition, Ma Bell: The Mother of Invention in New Jersey, will be open.
The silent auction will be available by proxy for those who are unavailable to attend the event – more details to come. Wear your spring finest and garden-friendly footwear. Garden Party tickets start at $175 per person, with additional benefits for higher donors. View Morven’s website for details.
