Mental health series continues with “Thriving at 70 and Beyond”

Doylestown Health’s 2019 mental health series called “When Life Throws You Curveballs” continues Thursday, Sept. 12 with a talk on “Thriving at 70 and Beyond.”

The series takes participants through different stages in life, detailing critical points where mental health can become harder to maintain. Learn what happens when life doesn’t go according to plan, how this affects mental health, and learn coping skills that enable you to live a full life in the midst of the troubles.

The next program in the bi-monthly series will be presented by Kathy Bennett, director of the Bucks County Area Agency on Aging.

“Thriving at 70 and Beyond” takes place 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. in Conference Room J at Doylestown Hospital, 595 W. State St., Doylestown.
